Bourbon State Hearthstone tournament rules

We will be doing a conquest standard format- This means you use 4 decks in the tournament in best of 5 rounds. Because of bans you will use 3/5 decks  have to adhere to Hearthstone standard format. Which means only sets in this current standard format are allowed .

Entrants are required to have only the 4 decks they intend to use on their deck screen with no duplicate heroes. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO EDIT YOUR DECK BETWEEN MATCHES YOU WILL BE KICKED FROM THE TOURNAMENT IF YOU ARE CAUGHT DOING THIS.

At the start of a match the 2 players will switch screens and let the other player write down a class to ban. Once finished both players will reveal to each other their selected ban and have the paper as proof and as a reminder.

Missing players will be given the 5-5-5 rule. After 5 minutes the missing player is issued a warning and the match is called again. After an additional 5 minutes the missing player is given a game loss. After an additional 5 minutes the missing player is given a set loss. If both players are missing after 15 minutes the first to report to the judge/TO will be given a set win.

You are required to bring a device to play on whether it be your laptop, PC, Phone, or tablet.

The tournament will be in a best of 5 Swiss structure. This means that each player gets paired up with another random player with the same W-L Record (Completely random round 1 because everyone will be at 0-0.)

If you lose your first set: DO NOT LEAVE THE VENUE! We are doing Swiss so you can play out the rest of your matches! BE SURE TO LET A T.O. KNOW IF YOU ARE DROPPING!
